Define Your Physique

Said I’d take a minute to share a thought of good advice:

When exercising, particularly during weight lifting, take the time to fully execute each moment. I’ve learned that even the slightest deviation from the full range of motion and not fully executing the exercise can take away from the effectiveness of the exercise—making the obvious difference in how well muscles develop, look, and are defined.

Consult your doctor and dietician should you have one about exercising.

Nonetheless, be patient with yourself, and if you are just beginning, start slow. You know yourself well enough to know how and when to progress. Incorporate stretching before and after. Good flexibility is a factor along the way of progression.

All the best to you.
