Knowledge Sharing

Conoscenti Of Wellness

I’ve let it marinate. Said I’d take a detour from talking about jazz.

Just like every other choices we make in life, choosing to maintain good health throughout our lives is a personal choice.

If you maintain good health, I commend you. Being healthy translates into a certain happiness. It’s arguably the biggest factor in enjoying life.

My wife sometimes teases me by saying that I have a fear of getting old. I wouldn’t use those exact words, rather I’m always thinking about my health and taking action and measures to maintain that youthful look and feel. Anything wrong with that? I think not. Approaching the age of 60, I’m doing good. OK. That may not be proper English. I’m doing well. It isn’t easy, but time will continue to show it’s all profoundly worth the effort and affordable expense.

My military career set the cornerstone for maintaining my streamlined, athletic, tight, and muscular appearance. I often reflect on what a former company commander said about me in an evaluation report; admired and dedicated, he sets the standards by which excellence is measured’.

Don’t fret. Because you didn’t do any time in the military, doesn’t mean you can’t get on the path to becoming and maintaining good health and improving your appearance. It starts with changing your way of thinking and doing. Through the years I’ve fine-tuned the habits that make me well balanced, well disciplined, look and feel good.

One may ask why won’t I share the things I’ve do to maintain that youthful look and feel or even what makes me what and who I am.  I’m sure to do that in an unimposing manner in the very near future on www.theintlartcollection.com with certain disclosures stating what is working for me may not work for you. The site is in the development phase as I continue to think of ways to make it attractive--where people will be eager to discover what’s next.

One would be inclined to think that the website is or will be a place where high end, expensive, fine, exquisite, and almost priceless art, paintings, sculptures, and artifacts are showcased. Not exactly. Maybe after some time it will come to that. For now, it will be a place where my global ‘collections’ of what I believe is good for a person to know and experience in having a good, prosperous, and healthy lifestyle, and where, should they choose to, companies and organizations like The Smooth Jazz Hub, Clinique, Gessato, Dr. Sebi, Men’s Health, Women’s Health, Runner’s World, Health Diagnostics Laboratory, and a cast of others in the compass of having what has been proven effective to do and use in the art of looking good, feeling good, being a gentlemen, smelling good, maintaining good health, and generally becoming a better person, can exhibit their life changing, life enhancing commodities and products in an uncommon and unique forum.

For the whole world to see, it will be an on-line place to get on the path of well-being that transcends into the domino effect for other facets of one’s life.

I believe when shared worthwhile and beneficial knowledge of what it takes to be the best person one can be as he journeys through life, then the whole world becomes a better place. I can’t save the world, but I’d like to think that I can have a positive impact on many lives in the aspect of their mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being.

Follow me and without any guarantees, by way of cyberspace, I’m sure to  tell you things you’ve never heard, virtually show you things you’ve never seen, virtually take you places you’ve never been,  and even put you on the road to making and maintaining a positive change in your life in unimaginable ways, shapes, forms, and fashions.

My true friends and those who know me well will tell you I’m no ordinary Art, rather one who can be positively infectious.

Well wishes and all the best to you in all your tomorrows.

Talk to you soon,

iA

  1. Hey bro,

Very interesting I like your approach to good health, and maintaining physical fitness, it's the key to living a long prosperous life and music is a big part of that too whether it's jazz, old school R&B or whatever type of music one chooses understood your point very well.
